המשרד להגנת הסביבה מעדכן על אירוע מקומי של זיהום ים בסולר במפרץ אילת בעקבות טביעת כלי שיט במרינה העירונית אמש (שבת)

בעקבות טביעת כלי שיט במרינה העירונית אילת אתמול (שבת) בערב, נצפו כתמי סולר במימי מפרץ אילת.

מפקחי היחידה הארצית להגנת הסביבה הימית של המשרד להגנת הסביבה, נמצאים בשטח ומלווים את פעולות שליית כלי השייט במרינה וכן מבצעים סיורים ימיים לאיתור כתמים ובחינת פעולות טיפול. כמות הסולר שדלפה מוערכת בעשרות ליטרים בודדים.

מהמשרד להגנת הסביבה נמסר כי המשרד יבחן את נסיבות האירוע ויפעל בהתאם.
