אייר פראנס-KLM החזירה במלואה את הלוואת הסיוע הצרפתית שקיבלה במשבר הקורונה

קבוצת התעופה פרעה 2.5 מיליארד אירו, היתרה הסופית של ההלוואה, שניתנה לה ע"י הבנקים הצרפתיים בסכום של 4 מיליארד אירו בערבות ממשלת צרפת

קבוצת אייר פראנס-KLM הודיעה על פירעון מלא של ההלוואה הבנקאית, שקיבלה במשבר הקורונה בערבות ממשלת צרפת (PGE).

על מנת לשמר עסקים במהלך מגפת הקורונה והסגרים, ממשלת צרפת השיקה את תוכנית ההלוואות בערבות המדינה (prêts garantis par l'État - PGE) במאי 2020, והלוותה כ-145 מיליארד אירו לעסקים ברחבי המדינה עד סוף 2021, כולל הלוואה ראשונית של 4 מיליארד אירו לאייר פראנס-KLM.

בשבוע האחרון קבוצת התעופה פרעה במלואה את יתרת 2.5 מיליארד אירו מההלוואה הבנקאית הראשונית של 4 מיליארד אירו, שניתנה לה במהלך משבר הקורונה בערבות ממשלתית.

ראוי לציין כי אייר פראנס-KLM ממשיכה להקדים בפירעון החוב, שעפ"י כל התוכניות הייתה אמורה לפרוע את כולו רק בעוד שנתיים.

על רקע הביצועים המשופרים הקבוצה הנפיקה בהצלחה בינואר 2023 איגרות חוב צמודות לקיימות בסכום כולל של 1.0 מיליארד אירו. באמצעות הכנסה זו ובתוספת 1.5 מיליארד אירו מהמזומנים הזמינים של הקבוצה, היא פרעה את יתרת החוב של 2.5 מיליארד אירו בגין ההלוואה.

בסך הכל, לקבוצה הייתה הכנסה של 26.4 מיליארד אירו ב-2022, והיא סיימה את השנה ברווח נקי של 728 מיליון אירו. בסוף 2022 לרשות הקבוצה מזומנים בהישג יד של 10.6 מיליארד אירו והחוב נטו ירד ב-1.9 מיליארד אירו ביחס לסוף 2021.
