Korean Air זכתה בדירוג 5 כוכבי התעופה הגבוה ביותר של Skytrax

חברת התעופה הקוריאנית זוכה בדירוג הגבוה בפעם השנייה ברציפות בעקבות הערכה מקיפה של כל שירותי החברה בקרקע ובאוויר

Skytrax בוחנת מדי שנה את איכות השירות של חברות תעופה ברחבי העולם, ומקצה דירוגים מ-1 עד 5, כאשר הרמה הגבוהה ביותר היא דירוג של 5 כוכבים.

מבקרי Skytrax טסו בטיסות של קוריאן אייר במשך שבועיים בנוסעים אנונימיים, ובחנו באופן מקיף את כל השירותים של החברה, כולל: צ'ק-אין בשדה התעופה, טרקלינים, נהלי העברה, ארוחות בטיסה, השירות בתאי הנוסעים.

הדירוג 5 הכוכבים של קוריאן אייר משקף את השירותים של חברת התעופה, כולל שדרוגים לארוחות בטיסה, מבחר יינות, בידור בטיסה; תוספת של מטוסי הדור הבא; וחיזוק שירות הלקוחות.

בחודש מרץ האחרון החלה קוריאן אייר לספק אפשרות לארוחה טבעונית בסגנון קוריאני, והחלה להציע את המבחר החדש של 52 יינות בשיתוף עם הסומלייה בעל השם העולמי מארק אלמרט. החל מינואר החברה הציגה גם שירות הזמנה מוקדמת של ארוחות בטיסה לנוסעי מחלקת היוקרה בטיסות בינלאומיות היוצאות מקוריאה.

במטוסי A321neo החדשים של חברת התעופה, קוריאן אייר מציעה לנוסעים מושבי עסקים שטוחים לחלוטין, ועדכנה את מבחר הבידור בטיסה עם יותר מ-300 סרטים כולל דרמות קוריאניות פופולריות.

כהכרה במאמציה לשפר את איכות השירות, קוריאן אייר קיבלה הסמכת ניהול ממוקד צרכן מוועדת הסחר ההוגן של קוריאה בפעם השנייה בדצמבר האחרון. בשנה שעברה, קוריאן אייר הוכרה גם כחברת שירות מלא מס' 1 במדד שביעות רצון הלקוחות הלאומי.
