עדיין רחוקים מלפני הקורונה: בחמשת החודשים הראשונים של 2023 נרשמו 9.5 מיליון לינות במלונות התיירות

לעומת 9.9 מיליון בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019 ו-7.7 מיליון בשנת 2022. כ-44% מהלינות היו של תיירים לעומת כ-53% ב-2019

מלונות התיירות אומנם חווים התאוששות משמעותית, עם זאת, המספרים מלמדים כי עוד רחוקים משנת 2019, במיוחד במה שקשור לתיירים.

כפי שפרסמנו אמש, נתוני התאחדות המלונות חושפים כי לינות התיירים במאי הסתכמו בכ-1 מיליון לינות, ירידה של 16% לעומת מאי 2019.

בחמשת החודשים הראשונים של 2023 נרשמו 9.5 מיליון לינות במלונות התיירות בישראל, לעומת 9.9 מיליון בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019 ו-7.7 מיליון בשנת 2022. כ-44% מהלינות היו של תיירים לעומת כ-53% בשנת 2019, 27% בשנת 2022.

תפוסת החדרים הסתכמה ב-62% לעומת 68% בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019 ו-51% בשנת 2022.

מבחינת תפוסת החדרים לפי מחוזות, בתקופה של ינואר-מאי 2023 לעומת התקופה המקבילה ב-2022.

במחוז ירושלים הסתכמה 65.6% לעומת 43.6%.

במחוז הצפון התפוסה הסתכמה ב-56.9% בינואר-מאי 2023 לעומת 41.6% בתקופה המקבילה ב-2022.

במחוז חיפה הסתכמה התפוסה ב-56.1% לעומת 50.3% בינואר-מאי 2022.

במחוז המרכז התפוסה הסתכמה ב-57.6% לעומת תפוסה של 49.9% בינואר-מאי 2022.

במחוז תל אביב התפוסה הסתכמה ב-62.2% לעומת 52.2% בתקופה המקבילה ב-2022.

במחוז הדרום התפוסה הסתכמה בסך של 64.8% לעומת 60.2% בינואר-מאי 2022.

לפי הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, אשר מתייחסים לנתונים מנוכי עונתיות, לינות הישראלים בשלושת החודשים האחרונים הגיעו ל-1.2 מיליון לינות בממוצע לחודש, לעומת 1.3 מיליון לינות בשלושת החודשים הקודמים. לינות התיירים בשלושת החודשים האחרונים הגיעו ל-900 אלף לינות בממוצע לחודש לעומת 800 אלף לינות בשלושת החודשים הקודמים.

בחישוב המגמה בלינות הישראלים, לפי שלושת החודשים האחרונים (מרץ-מאי 2023 ) נרשמה עלייה של 0.5% בממוצע לחודש לאחר ירידה של 0.1% בממוצע לחודש בשלושת החודשים הקודמים.

בלינות התיירים בשלושת החודשים האחרונים נרשמה עלייה של 0.6% בממוצע לחודש בהמשך לעלייה של 3.2% בממוצע לחודש בשלושת החודשים הקודמים.
