לשכת התיירות הנכנסת נגד יד ושם: ״ההנחיות החדשות יגרמו להפחתה משמעותית בביקורים״

לטענת הלשכה, דף ההנחיות ומערכת ההזמנות החדשה יגרמו להפחתה משמעותית בביקורם של תיירים באתר. הלשכה ביקשה לקיים ישיבה דחופה בנושא בה ינסו למצוא פתרונות אשר ישרתו את כל הצדדים

לשכת התיירות הנכנסת יוצאת נגד אתר יד ושם בעקבות השינויים במערכת ההזמנות וההנחיות החדשות של האתר.

בלשכה טוענים כי הנהלים החדשים אינם לוקחים בחשבון את הצרכים והמגבלות של התיירות הנכנסת, ולכן יגרמו בהכרח להפחתה משמעותית בביקורם באתר של תיירים המגיעים לארץ.

במכתב ששלחה הלשכה למנכ"ל יד ושם, צביקה פייראיזן, נאמר: "אנו מבינים את הצורך בניהול תנועת המבקרים והבטחת הגעת קבוצות שמזמינות תור מראש, אולם מדיניות ההזמנות החדשה תהפוך את שיתוף הפעולה של מארגני התיירות הנכנסת לישראל לבלתי אפשרית כמעט".

עוד נאמר במכתב כי המערכת החדשה אינה מבדילה בין מבקרים מקומיים לבין תיירים, זאת למרות שקיימו שיחות מוקדמות עם הנהלת המוסד בהן הוצגו הצרכים וההבדלים השונים. בלשכה הדגישו כי ״ככל שהמדיניות הנוכחית לא תעודכן נאלץ להודיע לעמיתנו בחו"ל את המגבלות החדשות שבהכרח יגרמו להפחתה משמעותית בשילוב אתר ביד ושם בתוכניות הסיור לישראל".

הלשכה ביקשה לקיים ישיבה דחופה לדון בהשלכות ובאפשרויות למציאת פתרונות שישרתו את רצונות וכוונות כל הצדדים.
