קבוצת אייר פראנס-קלמ מאריכה ללקוחות את תוקף מעמד סילבר, גולד ופלטינום

חברות התעופה הודיעו על הארכה ללקוחותיהן בישראל בעלי מעמד סילבר גולד ופלטינום, שתוקף מעמדם יפוג בתאריך 31 במרץ 2024 ונפגעו מהשהיית הטיסות עקב המלחמה

קבוצת התעופה אייר פראנס- קלמ הודיעה כי החליטה להאריך את תוקף המעמד: סילבר, גולד ופלטינום ללקוחות שתוקף המעמד שלהם יפוג בסוף השנה הנוכחית ונפגעו מהשעיית טיסות החברה לתל אביב וממנה עקב "חרבות ברזל".

לקוחות המחזיקים במעמדות כאמור, החלו לקבל הודעה מטעם הקבוצה בה נמסר כי החברה מאריכה את המעמד לנוסעים שיפוג בתאריך 31 במרץ 2024. לא ברור לכמה זמן תאריך את התוקף.

ולא רק ללקוחות מישראל. הודעה דומה קיבלו גם לקוחות החברה בעלי מעמד גולד, סילבר ופלטינום במדינות: בורקינה פאסו, מאלי וניגריה, שלוש מדינות במערב אפריקה.

אייר פראנס לא לבד. באחרונה הייתה זו חברת התעופה האמריקנית יונייטד איירליינס שהודיעה על הארכת מעמד פרמייר עד ל-31 בינואר 2025. כמו כן, לקוחות פלטיניום יקבלו גם הפקדה של נקודות, בהתאם לסטטוס לאחר שהמערכת תעבד את הארכת הסטטוס במערכות.
