הורן תחליף את בני אשר, המנכ"ל הוותיק שיהיה מעתה יו"ר חברת מונה טורס מקבוצת ג׳נסיס. הורן: "מצטרפת למונה כדי לשמש אוזן קשבת לעובדים, לסייע להם וביחד איתם ועם בני אשר, להחזיר את מונה טורס להיות חברה גדולה ומובילה בענף התיירות והתעופה"

לילך הורן מונתה למנכ"לית מונה טורס מקבוצת ג'נסיס תיירות.

הורן היתה חלק מצוות ההקמה של חברת התעופה ישראייר וניהלה במשך שנים רבות את מוקדי ההזמנות של החברה.

הורן תיכנס לנעליו של בני אשר, המנכ"ל הוותיק של מונה טורס, אשר קודם וישמש מעתה כיו"ר חברת התיירות הותיקה.

כזכור, חברת מונה טורס נרכשה על ידי חברת ג׳נס׳יס בבעלותו של זאב הורן בחודש יולי 2021. ג׳נסיס מחזיקה כיום ב-90% ממניות מונה טורס.

במכתב שהגיע לעובדי מונה טורס שהגיע לידי פספורטניוז מציינת הורן לעובדים: "אני מצטרפת למונה כדי לשמש אוזן קשבת לעובדים, לסייע להם וביחד איתם ועם בני אשר, להחזיר את מונה טורס להיות חברה גדולה ומובילה בענף התיירות והתעופה."

עוד מוסיפה הורן כי: "במונה טורס קיים צוות עובדים איכותי, שירותי ומקצועי ובטוחה כי יחד איתם ובזכות העבודה המשותפת, החברה תתקדם."

בקבוצת ג'נסיס אישרו את הידיעה על המינוי החדש.

חברת ג׳נסיס הצטרפה כחברה בהתאחדות סוכני הנסיעות לפני מספר חודשים נמצאת בתנופת פיתוח בתחומי הנופש, הספא, הקרוזים וכעת גם במגזר העסקי.
