התאחדות משרדי הנסיעות תעניק מלגה למפונים ולמילואימניקים בקורסים להכשרת סוכני נסיעות

התאחדות משרדי הנסיעות בישראל מתגייסת לסייע למפונים ולמילואימניקים המעוניינים בהכשרה מקצועית מלאה כסוכן נסיעות מומחה בשנת 2024. ההתאחדות אף תסייע בשילוב מסיימי הקורס במשרדי הנסיעות החברים.

טלי לאופר, מנכ״לית התאחדות משרדי הנסיעות: ״ההחלטה נולדה מתוך מחשבה כי ישנם מפונים שבנוסף לקרקע שנשמטה תחת רגליהם ב7.10, גם נאלצים לחפש אופק מקצועי חדש וגמיש יותר. הקורס המלא של ההתאחדות מתנהל בזום ולכן ניתן להשתתף בו באופן מלא בכל עת ובכל מקום, ומאפשר לאחר מכן תעסוקה מלאה שיכולה להתבצע למעשה מכל מקום בארץ. הרחבנו את המלגה גם למילואימניקים כהוקרת תודה על התגייסותם לטובת כולנו ותוך רצון לסייע להם בהשתלבות מקצועית באזרחות ככל שזה נדרש ובהתמודדות עם אתגרי החזרה לשגרה. זאת תרומתנו הצנועה מאוד.״

במסגרת ההטבה, ההתאחדות תקצה בשלב ראשון שני מקומות בחינם בכל קורס סוכנים שייפתח בשנת 2024 אשר יוקצו למפונה מהדרום ולחייל מילואים ששרת חודשיים ומעלה במסגרת מלחמת חרבות ברזל, או לשני מפונים או לשני חיילים כאמור (לפי הביקוש). ככל שהביקוש יהיה גדול ההתאחדות תסייע למפונים ולמילואימניקים נוספים.
