משרד החוץ באזהרה לישראלים בעלי אזרחות רוסית: כניסה לרוסיה עלולה להביא לגיוס לצבא הרוסי

על פי האזהרה, אזרחים ישראלים המחזיקים גם באזרחות רוסית או גם אם זכאים וטרם קיבלו, ואשר נכנסו, שוהים, או ישהו בתחומי רוסיה, כפופים לחוק ולתקנות ברוסיה, ובכלל זה להחלטות הנוגעות לגיוס אזרחים לצבא הרוסי, ולדרישות כניסה ויציאה מהמדינה

משרד החוץ מפרסם אזהרה לאזרחים ישראלים בעלי אזרחות רוסית או כאלו הזכאים לאזרחות רוסית בעת הגעתם ושהייתם ברוסיה.

על פי האזהרה, ״אזרח ישראלי המחזיק גם באזרחות רוסית או בין אם זכאי לה וטרם קיבל, ואשר נכנס, שוהה, או ישהה בתחומי הפדרציה הרוסית, כפוף לחוק ולתקנות ברוסיה, ובכלל זה להחלטות הנוגעות לגיוס אזרחים לצבא הרוסי, ולדרישות כניסה ויציאה מתחומי המדינה.״

במשרד החוץ מוסיפים ומחדדים כי התקנות תקפות לכל אזרח ישראלי המחזיק באזרחות רוסית (גם אם מעולם לא היה ברשותו דרכון רוסי). כל אזרח יידרש לצאת מרוסיה אך ורק באמצעות מסמך נסיעה רוסי בתוקף, ולא יוכל לצאת מרוסיה עד לאחר קבלת מסמך נסיעה (דרכון פנימי וחיצוני) רוסי, תהליך אשר עשוי לארוך זמן.

כמו כן, המשרד קרא למחזיקים אזרחות רוסית לקחת מידע זה בחשבון בעת תכנון נסיעותיהם ושהייתם בשטחי רוסיה, ולבדוק ולוודא סוגיית האזרחות טרם הגעה לביקור ברוסיה.

החשש הוא שאזרחים כאלו יכולים למצוא את עצמם מגוייסים לצבא הרוסי ולהישלח לאוקראינה שנמשכת כבר מאז פלישת הרוסים לאוקראינה ב-24 בפברואר 2022.
