בקבוצת לופטהנזה לא מפסיקים לשבות: טייסי בריסל איירליינס מאיימים לשבות 4 ימים מ-23 במרץ

לאחר שביתת עובדי הקרקע בחודש שעבר, טייסי החברה הבלגית מתכננים סדרה של שביתות, ונוכח מצבה המשופר של החברה הם מבקשים העלאת שכר כדי לפצות אותם על הקיצוצים בתקופת הקורונה

טייסי בריסל איירליינס מאיימים ליזום סדרה חדשה של שביתות ממושכות, שתתחיל ב-23 במרץ ותימשך 4 ימים רצופים, כולל שביתות חוזרות ונשנות פעם אחת עד פעמיים בחודש, עפ"י דיווחים בתקשורת הבלגית.

בחברת התעופה הבלגית, השייכת לקבוצת לופטהנזה, נוצר סכסוך של העובדים עם ההנהלה בנוגע להעלאת שכר. בחודש שעבר שבתו עובדי הקרקע של החברה וכעת גם הטייסים מצטרפים למאבק המקצועי נגד הנהלת החברה.

הטייסים טוענים שהם הקריבו שכר במהלך משבר הקורונה, וכעת כשמצבה של חברת התעופה משתפר, הם מבקשים להחזיר את ההפסדים הללו. ההצעה שהציגה להם בריסל איירליינס, לטענתם לא עומדת בציפיות המוצדקות שלהם.

מזכירת איגוד ACV PLUS, Jolinde Defieuw, מאשרת את הכוונה לצאת לשביתת טייסים החל מה-23 במרץ, והצהירה: "הוגשה הודעת שביתה", ולמרות זאת, נוכח האיום איגודי הטייסים מביעים תקווה שההנהלה תתגמש ויהיה ניתן למנוע את השביתה.
