עם הכנסות בסך של כ-310 מיליון שקל: ישראל קנדה מסכמת את שנת 2023

למרות המלחמה, החברה רשמה גידול של כ-18% בהכנסות לעומת 2022. הגידול נובע בעיקרו בהכנסות מהפעלת המלון לייק האוס. כמו כן, בדו״ח שפירסמה החברה נמסר כי ״"לא הייתה השפעה מהותית על התוצאות ברבעון הרביעי בשל אירוח תושבי הדרום והצפון"

רשת המלונות ישראל קנדה ממשיכה לצמוח.

החברה, בראשותו של המנכ"ל ראובן אלקס, רשמה בשנת 2023 הכנסה של כ-310 מיליון שקל לעומת 263 מיליון שקל בשנת 2022 (גידול של כ-18% בהכנסות) והכנסה של 121 מיליון שקל בשנת 2021.

הגידול בהכנסות נובע בעיקרו מהכנסות המלון לייק האוס, שרשם הכנסה של כ-76 מיליון שקל בהשוואה לכ-34 מיליון שקל אשתקד.

למרות המלחמה, ההכנסות של הרשת ברבעון הרביעי לא נפגעו ועמדו על סך של כ-77.830 מיליון שקל, כאשר בחברה אף מציינים: "לא הייתה השפעה מהותית למלחמת חרבות ברזל על תוצאות החברה ברבעון הרביעי של שנת 2023 לאור היות מלונות החברה בתפוסה גבוה בשל אירוח תושבי הדרום והצפון המפונים והכל תוך התאמת רמת ההוצאות, לרבות הוצאת עובדים לחל"ת וחופשות כפי הצורך, להיקף הפעילות בתקופה זו".

ה-EBITDAR של החברה גדל גם כן משמעותית ועמד על כ-85 מיליון שקל בשנת 2023 לעומת 56 מיליון שקל בשנת 2022 ו-31 מיליון שקל בשנת 2021.

ההון העצמי של החברה גדל אף הוא בשנה האחרונה ועומד על כ 187 מיליון שקל לעומת 181 מיליון שקל בשנת 2022.

החברה תמשיך להרחיב את פעילותה גם בשנה הקרובה ולאחרונה כזכור כפי שפרסמנו הודיעה על הסכם להפעלת מלון שלום בירושלים, מלון המונה כ 288 חדרים.

לצורך הפעלת המלון על-ידי החברה נדרש אישור הממונה על התחרות שנכון למועד פרסום הדוח טרם התקבל
