בזמן המלחמה: גידול בתפוסה במלונות פתאל בישראל

שיעור התפוסה של רשת המלונות שדיווחה היום על שיא בהכנסות זינק בחודש אוקטובר לכ-71%, בחודשים נובמבר ודצמבר גם נרשם גידול. ומה הפי לתפוסה לרבעון הראשון של 2024?

פתאל החזקות שפרסמה היום (חמישי) את דוחותיה הכספיים לשנת 2023, בהם רשמה את שיא ההכנסות השנתיות עם 6.928,460 מיליארד שקל.

על פי הדוחות עולה כי בזמן המלחמה רשמה הרשת בחסות המפונים גידול ניכר בשיעורי התפוסה במלונות בישראל שעלו בחודש אוקטובר לסך של 71% לעומת כ-66% באוקטובר 2022.

בחודש נובמבר 2023 שיעור התפוסה הממוצעת של מלונות החברה בישראל עומד על כ-73% לעומת 72% בנובמבר 2022 ואילו בחודש דצמבר 2023 שיעור התפוסה הממוצעת של מלונות החברה על כ-72% לעומת כ-62% בדצמבר 2022.

פתאל אף מציינת בדוחות שלה כי: "החברה מעריכה כי התפוסה הממוצעת של מלונות החברה בישראל ברבעון הראשון תעמוד על כ-60% לעומת כ-62% ברבעון הראשון של 2023".

בפתאל מציינים כי נכון לאישור הדוח הכספי בישראל פעילים 45 מלונות ע"י החברה לקבלת אורחים, זאת בנוסף לאירוח של כ-4,000 מפונים מהדרום והצפון, למעט מלון אחד בצפון אשר סגור.
