בשל הוצאות המימון האדירות: הרווח של פתאל אירופה ירד לכ-2.400 מיליון אירו

הוצאות המימון זינקו לסך של 7.835 מיליון אירו, לעומת 799 אלף אירו ברבעון הראשון של 2023

הרווח של פתאל אירופה ירד לסך של 2.405 מיליון אירו ברבעון הראשון של 2024, לעומת סך של כ-7.800 מיליון אירו בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד.

ההכנסות צמחו לסך של 12.830 מיליון אירו לעומת 11.277 מיליון אירו ברבעון המקביל אשתקד. הגידול נובע ממלונות חדשים שנרכשו במחצית השנייה של 2023. מלונות בקלן, והמבורג בגרמניה.

הוצאות המימון זינקו לסך של 7.835 מיליון אירו לעומת 799 אלף אירו ברבעון הראשון של 2023, זינוק שנובע בעיקר מהפרשי שער במזומן על יתרות התחייבות בגין אגרות חוב שלא גודרו ויתרות מזומנים ושווי מזומנים הנקובים בסכום זניח לעומת כ-4 מיליון אירו בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד. זאת בנוסף לעלייה של 1.4 מיליון אירו בהוצאות מימון עקב לקיחת הלוואות חדשות במהלך 2023 לצורך מימון רכישת מלונות בקלן והמבורג שבגרמניה וכן מימון מחדש של מלון באמסטרדם, הולנד. כמו כן, הוצאות ריבית בגין אג"ח גדלו עקב הרחבות והנפקות סידרה חדשה במהלך 2023.

יתרת אגרות החוב אשר נותרו ללא גידור הינה כ-445 מיליון שקל.

החברה מחזיקה כיום כ-80 מלונות, כאשר מתוכם יש 74 פעילים. עיקר המלונות: 24 בגרמניה, 16 בספרד, 7 בסקוטלנד, 5 באיטליה, 4 בהולנד, 4 באנגליה, 3 בקפריסין, 2 באוסטריה ו-2 בפולין.
