בחודש החולף נרשמו 96.5 אלף כניסות תיירים בלבד לישראל, לעומת 323 אלף ביוני 2023. במחצית הראשונה של השנה נרשם רבע ממספר התיירים בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד

כניסות התיירים לישראל עדיין רחוקות מאוד מהמספרים לפני פתיחת המלחמה ב-7 באוקטובר 2023. על פי הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, בחודש יוני נרשמו כ-96.5 אלף כניסות תיירים בלבד לעומת כ-323 אלף כניסות ביוני 2023.

בנוסף נרשמו 1,200 כניסות בלבד של מבקרי יום לעומת 32.3 אלף ביוני אשתקד.

במחצית הראשונה של השנה (ינואר-יוני), נרשמו כ-501 אלף כניסות מבקרים במצטבר, לעומת כ-2.1 מיליון בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד, רבע בדיוק.

מניתוח הנתונים מנוכי העונתיות של כניסות תיירים בדרך האוויר עולה כי בשלושת החודשים האחרונים, אפריל-יוני 2024, נרשמו 80.8 אלף כניסות בממוצע לחודש, לעומת 71.2 אלף כניסות בממוצע לחודש בשלושת החודשים שקדמו להם, ינואר-מרץ 2024.

מניתוח המגמה עולה כי בשלושת החודשים האחרונים, אפריל-יוני 2024 , נרשמה עלייה של 3.7% בממוצע מידי חודש. בשלושת החודשים שקדמו להם נרשמה עליה של 3% בממוצע מידי חודש.
