המלחמה חתכה את הרווח של רשת המלונות הישראלית

ההכנסה ברבעון השני הסתכמו בכ-395 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-465 מיליון שקל אשתקד. מלונות דן: ״חלק ניכר מההכנסות בתקופת הדו״ח הינן הכנסות מאירוח אורחי קו העימות במרבית מלונות החברה"

רשת מלונות דן נפגעת מהמלחמה.

הרווח של החברה הוותיקה ברבעון השני של השנה, נחתך לסך של כ-23.470 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-66.130 מיליון שקל ברבעון השני אשתקד.

ההכנסות ירדו בכ-15% לסך של כ-395 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של כ-465 מיליון שקל ברבעון השני אשתקד.

הרווח התפעלי צנח לסך של כ-36.260 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-92.250 מיליון שקל אשתקד.

בחצי השנה הראשונה של 2024 הרווח ירד לסך של כ-20 מיליון שקל לעונת כ-61 מיליון שקל בחצי שנה הראשונה של 2023.

ההכנסות ירדו בכ-10% לסך של כ-729 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-811 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה ב-2023.

הרווח התפעולי ירד לסך של כ-39 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-96.830 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד.

בחברה מסבירים כי: "הירידה בהכנסות בתקופת הדוח וברבעון השני לשנת 2024 לעומת התקופות המקבילות אשתקד נובעת ממלחמת "חרבות ברזל". חלק ניכר מההכנסות בתקופת הדו״ח הינן הכנסות מאירוח אורחי קו העימות במרבית מלונות החברה".

החברה מציינת כי נכון למועד הדו״ח הכספי, שישה בתי מלון של הרשת מארחים הן אורחי קו העימות והן אורחים אחרים. כמו כן יש לרשת שני בתי מלון אשר נסגרו עד להשבת הפעילות לשגרה.
