לנצל את המצב: פתאל שוקלת הרחבת אג"ח סדרה ה' עד לסך של כ-200 מיליון שקל

החברה שביצעה סדרה של רכישות לאחרונה עשויה לנצל את המצב ולבצע עוד רכישות ולצורך כך היא עשויה להמשיך לגייס כסף

פתאל החזקות עשויה בתקופה הקרובה לבצע הרחבה לאג"ח סדרה ה' של החברה בהיקף כולל של עד כ-200 מיליון שקל.

כיום סדרה ה' עומדת על כ-208 מיליון שקל, וכאמור בחברה שוקלים את ההרחבה שלה, זאת כדי להרחיב את היקף הרכישות שמבצעת החברה.

במרוצת החודשים האחרונים פתאל רכשה מספר נכסים מלונאים באירופה תוך שהיא מנצלת את המצב לרכישות של מספר נכסים בהזדמנויות עסקיות, וכדי להמשיך מגמה זו, היא עשויה לגייס את הכסף לצורך כך.

כזכור, פתאל החזקות סיימה את המחצית השנה הראשונה של 2024 עם רווח של כ-125 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של כ-120 מיליון שקל בחצי השנה הראשונה של 2023. כאשר בחצי השנה הראשונה החברה רשמה שיא של הכנסות - קרוב לכ-2 מיליארד שקלים.

החברה סיימה את הרבעון השני של השנה עם הפסד של 36.757 מיליון שקלים לעומת הפסד של כ-75.400 מיליון שקלים ברבעון השני אשתקד.
