המלחמה פגעה ברווחיות רשת מלונות דן: ירידה ברבעון השלישי של 2024

הרשת סיימה את הרבעון השלישי עם רווח של כ-31 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של כ-37 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד, בתשעת החודשים הראשונים של השנה הרווח ירד לסך של כ-51 מיליון שקל

רשת מלונות דן מסיימת את הרבעון השלישי של השנה עם רווח של כ-31.2 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של כ-36.7 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד.

ההכנסות מפעילות המלונאית ירדו לסך של כ-327.5 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של כ-353 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד, ירידה של כ-7.2%.

הוצאות המימון ירדו לסך של כ-6.8 מיליון שקל לעומת הוצאות מימון, בסך של כ-12.9 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד.

בתשעת החודשים הראשונים של השנה הרווח ירד לסך של כ-51.2 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של כ-98 מיליון שקל בתשעת החודשים הראשונים של 2023.

ההכנסות של הקבוצה ירדו בתשעת החודשים הראשונים לסך של כ-11.59 מיליארד שקל לעומת סך של כ-12.58 מיליארד שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד, ירידה של כ-7.9%.

הוצאות המימון ירדו לסך של כ-22.5 מיליון שקל, לעומת הוצאות מימון , בסך של כ-34.1 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד.

ברשת דן אף מציינים בדוח הכספי: "הירידה בהכנסות בתקופת הדוח וברבעון השלישי לשנת 2024 לעומת התקופות המקבילות אשתקד נובעת מהמלחמה. חלק ניכר מההכנסות בתקופת הדוח הינן הכנסות מאירוח אורחי קו העימות במרבית מלונות החברה".
