חברת נמל אשדוד אישרה אתמול בבוקר שהיא מתקדמת בתכניתה לצאת להנפקה של מניות מיעוט בחברה של עד 49% מהון המניות שלה.

החברה פרסמה מכרז לבחירת יועץ הנפקה שילווה את החברה בהליך ההנפקה, כולל מתווה ההנפקה, כתיבת התשקיף, עבודה מול רשות ניירות ערך ועבודה מול החתמים אשר ייבחרו גם הם במכרז.

מהנמל נמסר כי מכרז זה מתניע למעשה את הליך ההנפקה של חברת נמל אשדוד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם רשות החברות הממשלתיות.

יו"ר דירקטוריון נמל אשדוד, שאול שניידר: "אנו יוצאים להליך מכרזי לבחירת יועץ הנפקה, על מנת לקדם את מתווה ההנפקה ולהוציא לפועל את גיוס ההון המתואם עם רשות החברות ומאושר על ידי השרים הממונים. תהליך ההנפקה יסייע לחברה להגדיל את בסיס ההון שלה כדי להמשיך ולבצע השקעות בתשתיות ובטכנולוגיות בתחום שרשרת האספקה אשר ישמרו על המוביליות של נמל אשדוד כנמל המרכזי והמתקדם בישראל ואשר יגדילו את ריווחיות החברה בעתיד הקרוב".
