רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה במהלך למען החיילים הבודדים.

רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה הקימה עמדות שירות ניידות בבית הלוחם בתל אביב במטרה להעניק שירות אישי לחיילים בודדים שנפצעו בצה"ל.

השירות כלל הנפקת תעודות זהות, דרכונים, עדכון מען ותעודות נוספות, ללא צורך בהגעה ללשכות.

בפרויקט המיוחד, שנערך ביוזמת ארגון נכי צה״ל ותוכלל על ידי מרחב תל אביב ברשות, השתתפו עובדי מנהל האוכלוסין מלשכות בני ברק, רמת גן, נתניה ותל אביב. כמו כן, בפרויקט לקחו חלק עובדי אגף טכנולוגיות דיגיטליות, חירום וביטחון ונכסים ולוגיסטיקה, שהקימו את העמדות הניידות.

עשרות חיילים בודדים קיבלו שירותים בעמדות הניידות והביעו את הערכתם על ההנגשה האישית במקום.
