שיא תעופה באמריקה הלטינית: LATAM הטיסה 82 מיליון נוסעים במהלך 2024

תאגיד התעופה הגדול והמוביל בדרום אמריקה שיפר משמעותית את פעילותו בשנה שעברה, במיוחד בזכות הקווים הבינלאומיים ברחבי אמריקה הלטינית והעולם כולו

LATAM Group, תאגיד חברות התעופה המובילות באמריקה הלטינית, הציג ציון דרך משמעותי לשנת 2024, המבטא הן את הגידול במספר הנוסעים והן את הפעילות המורחבת ברחבי האזור.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A, יחד עם החברות הבנות שלה, היא קבוצת חברות התעופה הגדולה ביותר באמריקה הלטינית, עם פעילות בברזיל, צ'ילה, קולומביה, אקוודור ופרו. הקבוצה מספקת שירותים בינלאומיים גם לאירופה, אוקיאניה, אפריקה, ארצות הברית והקריביים.

בדצמבר 2024 הטיסה LATAM 7.3 מיליון נוסעים, המשקפת עלייה של 5.4% בהשוואה לחודש המקביל ב-2023. לאורך השנה כולה הקבוצה עברה 82 מיליון נוסעים בין ינואר לדצמבר 2024, עלייה של 11% לעומת השנה הקודמת. ציון דרך זו מייצג את המספר הגבוה ביותר של נוסעים, שהוטסו אי פעם על ידי LATAM.

יש לציין כי לגידול של 16.1% בפעילות הבינלאומית היה תפקיד משמעותי בגידול משמעותי זה. חברת התעופה גם השיקה מספר קווים בינלאומיים חדשים, וביניהם: סנטיאגו לברילוצ'ה (ארגנטינה), סנטיאגו לרסיפה (ברזיל), לימה למונטגו ביי (ג'מייקה), לימה לרוסאריו (ארגנטינה).

התפוסה הממוצעת בטיסות של LATAM עמדה על 84.8% בדצמבר. בשנה כולה התפוסה הממוצעת הגיעה ל-84.3%, שיפור של 1.2 נקודות בהשוואה ל-2023.
