פיג'ו 208 הגיעה לישראל גרסה היברידית מתונה (Mild Hybrid) חדשה.

הדגם החדש משלב מנוע בנזין 1.2 ליטר מוגדש טורבו בהספק של 136 כ"ס עם מנוע חשמלי בהספק של 22 כ"ס, מה שמספק יחד 145 כ"ס.

המנוע משודך לתיבת 6 הילוכים כפולת מצמדים, ומספק האצה מ-0 ל-100 קמ"ש תוך 8.1 שניות ומהירות מרבית של 205 קמ"ש.

הודות לטכנולוגיה החדשה, צריכת הדלק עומדת על 4.5-4.6 ליטר ל-100 ק"מ, שיפור משמעותי בהשוואה לדור הקודם של הדגם, עם דירוג זיהום מופחת של 4 בלבד.

פיג'ו 208 תוצע בישראל בשתי רמות אבזור: Allure ו-GT.

רמת הגימור Allure כוללת לוח שעונים דיגיטלי בגודל 10 אינץ', בחירה בין שלושה מצבי נהיגה, מצלמות חניה קדמית ואחורית באיכות HD, מערכת מולטימדיה עם קישוריות ל-Android Auto ו-Apple CarPlay, בקרת אקלים אלקטרונית, מראות צד מתקפלות חשמלית עם תאורה והפשרת אדים, מראה מרכזית מתכהה אוטומטית, ועוד.

רמת האבזור GT כוללת בנוסף תאורת אווירה, חישוקי 17 אינץ', לוח שעונים תלת-ממדי באותו הגודל (10 אינץ'), גג שחור מבריק, מושבים והגה ספורטיביים, כיוון גובה גם למושב הנוסע, ועוד.

בגזרת הבטיחות, הדגם מגיע עם מערכות מתקדמות כגון בלימת חירום אקטיבית, בקרת שיוט אדפטיבית עם פונקציית עצירה, שמירת נתיב עם תיקוני היגוי, זיהוי תמרורים והתרעה על רכב בשטח המת. רמת האבזור GT מוסיפה לכך גם מערכת למניעת סנוור והחלפה של עוצמת התאורה בהתאם לתנאי הדרך.

מחיר פיג'ו 208 ברמת הגימור Allure מתחיל מ-134,490 שקלים. מחיר רמת הגימור GT מתחיל מ-144,490 שקלים.

הרכב מגיע עם אחריות ל-3 שנים או 100,000 ק"מ, ומרווח טיפולים של 15,000 ק"מ או שנה.
