בגלל המלחמה: צניחה ברווח התפעולי של מלונות מצודת דוד וממילא הירושלמים

הרווח בחצי השנה הראשונה הסתכם בכ-9 מיליון שקלים לעומת סך של כ-69 מיליון שקל אשתקד. החברה: "להסלמה ביטחונית עלולה להיות השפעה מהותית על הרווח התפעולי של מגזר המלונאות בישראל"

מלונות מצודת דוד וממילא הירושלמים, ש"כיכבו" בתחילת המלחמה לאחר שהבעלים אלפרד אקירוב סירב לשכן בהם מפונים, רושמים בגלל המלחמה חצי שנה רעה אותה סיימו עם רווח תפעולי של כ-9 מיליון שקלים, לעומת רווח תפעולי של כ-69 מיליון אשתקד. את שנת 2023 סיימו צמד המלונות עם רווח תפעולי של כ-92 מיליון שקלים.

בקבוצת אלרוב נדל"ן אמרו היום: "להערכת החברה, להמשך לחימה בעצימות גבוהה לתקופה ממושכת בחזית הדרומית ו/או להתפתחות הלחימה לחזיתות נוספות (החזית הצפונית ואזור יהודה ושומרון, התקפות הח'ותים בים האדום ותקיפה מאיראן) יהיו השפעות לרעה על כלכלת ישראל בכלל ועל ענף התיירות ו/או המלונאות בפרט והשלכות ישירות ועקיפות על החברה והמלונות בישראל.

"החברה מעריכה בשלב זה כי לאירועים הנוכחיים ולהסלמה הביטחונית בישראל, עלולה להיות השפעה מהותית על הרווח התפעולי של מגזר המלונאות בישראל, וממשיכה לעקוב באופן שוטף אחר ההתפתחויות בנושא ובוחנת את ההשלכות על פעילותה ושווי נכסיה".

מלון קונסרבטוריום, שהקבוצה מחזיקה באמסטרדם, סיים את מחצית השנה בהפסד תפעולי של כ-3 מיליון שקלים לעומת רווח תפעולי של 14 מיליון שקלים אשתקד.

מלון קפה רויאל המפואר בלונדון רשם רווח תפעולי של כ-5 מיליון שקלים, לעומת רווח של כ-6 מיליון שקל אשתקד, ומלון לוטסיה בפריז, גם הוא בבעלות הקבוצה, רשם ירידה של מחצית ברווח התפעולי עם כ-9 מיליון שקלים לעומת כ-18 מיליון במחצית הראשונה של 2023.
