בינה מלאכותית: עלייה של 189% בביקורות מזויפות על חברות תעופה

מחקר חדש מלמד על זינוק של 400% בביקורות מזויפות שנוצרו על ידי Chat GPT בשנתיים האחרונות למוצרים באמזון. כאב הראש מגיע גם לתעשיית התעופה שם הזינוק עומד על כמעט 200% בביקורות שזויפו ל-10 חברות התעופה הגדולות בעולם

מחקר חדש של originality.ai מגלה כי מאז יצא לאוויר העולם, חל זינוק של 189% בביקורות על חברות תעופה, לחיוב ולשלילה, מאז יצירת Chat GPT המקל על כתיבתן.

העלייה של תוכן שנוצר על ידי בינה מלאכותית עורר את חשדם של החוקרים שיצאו למחקר ובו בדקו את אמינות הביקורות. הביקורות לחיוב ולשלילה באמזון, כך מצאו, זינקו ב-400% מאז השקתChat GPT לפני כשנתיים.

ענף נוסף שתלוי מאוד בביקורות של לקוחות הוא ענף התעופה. המומחים מצאו זינוק של 189% בביקורות שניתנו לעשר חברות התעופה הגדולות שנבדקו.

ל-China Southern Airlines נמצא מספר הביקורות המזויפות הגדול ביותר - 32.4%. אחר כך SouthWest Airlines עם כ-9% ביקורות מזויפות.
