אל תגיעו: זו המדינה המסוכנת ביותר לישראלים ביבשת אמריקה

בהמשך לאזהרות המסע לאירופה ולבקשת ההקפדה על הנחיות הביטחון בתאילנד, בדקנו אילו מדינות בטוחות יותר או פחות בצפון ובדרום אמריקה - וחזרנו עם אזהרה מלחיצה במיוחד מהגעה לאזור גבול ספציפי

רמות הסיכון בנסיעות ישראלים לאירופה ולמדינות נוספות עלו כבר עם תחילת המלחמה, זמן קצר לאחר 7 באוקטובר 2023. אחרי המהומות באמסטרדם וההחלטה לא להעלות את רמת אזהרת המסע בתאילנד למרות האיומים שם, בדקנו מה קורה ביבשת אמריקה.

בצפון אמריקה, בראש ובראשונה – אין כל אזהרות מסע – לא לטיולים בארצות הברית ולא לקנדה. המצב דומה, יש שיאמרו באופן מפתיע חלקית, גם במרכז אמריקה, שם אין כל אזהרות מסע לגואטמלה, בליז, הונדורס, אל סלבדור, ניקרגואה, קוסטה ריקה ופנמה.

מארגנטינה עד ונצואלה: הכי בטוח, הכי מסוכן

בדרום אמריקה המצב שונה. למרות שמרבית המדינות הן "ירוקות" כלומר ללא כל אזהרת מסע, בשתיים מהן דווקא כן מומלץ לנקוט באמצעי זהירות יתרים ואף לא להגיע.

נתחיל במדינות הבטוחות עבור ישראלים – הרשימה של המל"ל כוללת כאן את אורוגוואי, אקוודור, ארגנטינה, בוליביה, סורינאם, פרגוואי וצ'ילה.

תחת ההגדרה "איום מזדמן", כלומר סיכון נמוך אך בקשה לעירנות מוגברת, ניתן למצוא את ברזיל, גינאה ואת קולומביה.

איום משולב בין רמות 1 ("ללא אזהרת מסע") ל-3 ("איום בינוני") ניתן למצוא בפרו. דווקא רוב שטחי המדינה נמצאים תחת האיום הבינוני וההמלצה היא להימנע מנסיעות שאינן חיוניות. במל"ל מציינים במיוחד את אזור VRAEM ואת הגבול עם קולומביה כמסוכן.

אבל הסכנה הגבוהה ביותר בדרום אמריקה נמצאת, כך על פי ישראל הרשמית, בונצואלה. שם, מרחב הגבול המשותף לונצואלה עם קולומביה נחשב ל"איום ברמה גבוהה" (4) ואין להגיע לאזור זה כלל.

ביתר המדינה גם כן לא מדובר באיום נמוך אלא ברמה 2, לפיה מומלץ לנקוט באמצעי זהירות מוגברים. רמה זו תקפה לכל יתר חלקי המדינה שאינם באזור הגבול עם ונצואלה.

במל"ל מסבירים את רמת אזהרת המסע ב"נוכחות גדולה של ארגוני טרור קולומביאנים במרחב הגבול המשותף בין ונצואלה לקולומביה", ועל כן אין להגיע למרחב.

עוד אומרים: "מומלץ לנקוט באמצעי זהירות מוגברים בשאר שטחי המדינה בשל האפשרות לפגיעה בבלתי מעורבים כתוצאה מסכסוכים פנימיים".
