בשורה לבעלי המניות: אל על קיבלה אישור לחלוקת דיבידנדים כבר מ-2025

לאחר תקופה ארוכה של מגבלות, אל על הודיעה כי תוכל לשוב ולחלק דיבידנדים לבעלי המניות – שנה מוקדם מהצפוי. זאת, בעקבות השלמת פירעון ההלוואות שקיבלה מהמדינה במהלך משבר הקורונה.

החברה עדכנה כי נחתמה תוספת להסכם שנכרת בינה לבין מדינת ישראל וסאן דור, החברה-הבת בבעלותה המלאה. במסגרת התוספת להסכם, הוסרו חלק מהמגבלות שהוטלו על חלוקת דיבידנדים לאחר קבלת הסיוע הממשלתי.

על פי העדכון, אל על תהיה רשאית לחלק בשנת 2025 דיבידנדים בשיעור של עד 30% מהרווח הנקי של השנה. בין השנים 2026 ל-2028, יעמוד הרף המקסימלי לחלוקת הדיבידנדים על 40% מהרווח הנקי השנתי. ההגבלות כוללות גם רכישה עצמית של מניות.

ההקלות מגיעות לאחר שבמהלך הרבעון הרביעי של שנת 2022, השלימה אל על את החזר ההלוואות שקיבלה מהמדינה, בהיקף כולל של 45 מיליון דולר. בכך עמדה החברה בתנאי ההסכם המקורי שנחתם במרץ 2021, מה שאפשר את הקדמת הסרת המגבלה מחלוקת הדיבידנדים מ-2026 ל-2025.

אל על מציינת כי לא חל שינוי ביתר תנאי ההסכם המקורי מול המדינה.

כמו כן החברה מציינת כי עדיין לא התקבלה החלטה לגבי החלוקה, אך הערה בשוק ההון כי בחברה ידעו לנצל את ההסכם עם המדינה לחלוקת הדיבידנדים לטובת בעלי המניות שיכולים להגיע למאות מיליוני שקלים.

כזכור, הרווח הנקי של אל על בשנת 2024, זינק בכ-367% לסך של כ-545 מיליון דולר לעומת רווח של כ-117 מיליון דולר בשנת 2023.
