זאת הפעם הראשונה שהוכנסה לתחרות קטגוריית מלונות בתל אביב במגזין הבינלאומי Business Traveller middle east, וזאת בעקבות ההסכם החדש בין ישראל לאיחוד האמירויות

מלון דיויד אינטרקונטיננטל תל אביב נבחר כמלון העסקים הטוב ביותר בתל אביב על ידי המגזין Business Traveller Awards middle east. בטקס אשר הועבר זאת השנה השנייה ברציפות באון ליין, השתתפו נציגי חברות תעופה מובילות, מלונות, שדות תעופה ונותני שירות נוספים בתחום התיירות העסקית שנבחנו תחת 33 קטגוריות. זאת הפעם הראשונה שהוכנסה לתחרות קטגוריית מלונות בתל אביב וזאת בעקבות ההסכם החדש בין ישראל לאיחוד האמירויות. דיויד כהן, מנכ"ל מלון דיויד אינטרקונטיננטל: "אנו גאים מאוד בזכייתנו בפרס כמלון העסקים המוביל של תל אביב. במיוחד לאחר השנה הקשה שעברה על כל ענף התיירות בארץ ובעולם, עבורנו, זוהי הכרה חשובה בכך שהמלון ממשיך להעניק לאורחיו שירות מוקפד שאין שני לו במיקום הטוב ביותר בתל אביב". .
