היום ב-12:00 (שעון ישראל): הכרזת העיר המארחת של אירוויזיון 2025

לידיעת חובבי הז׳אנר, היום (ו׳) ב-12:00 שעון ישראל תיקבע העיר שתארח את אירוע הענק בשנה הבאה לאחר זכייתה של שוויץ השנה. זוהי הפעם השלישית בתולדות התחרות ששוויץ תארח את האירוויזיון, כשהפעם האחרונה הייתה לפני כ-35 שנים

האירוויזיון יגיע לבזל או לז׳נבה? היום (ו׳) ב-12:00 שעון ישראל תתקיים ההכרזה על העיר המארחת של אירוויזיון 2025.

כזכור, אירוויזיון 2024 התקיים בשוודיה, בעיר מאלמו הנחשבת לאחת מהערים המוסלמיות והאנטישמיות ביותר באירופה, אשר התמלאה בגרפיטי, בהפגנות קשות ובקריאות להחרמת ישראל ונציגת המדינה עדן גולן.

לצד המחאות, המל"ל גם החמיר את אזהרת המסע על מאלמו לתקופת אירועי האירוויזיון והעלה אותה לרמה 3 (איום בינוני).

על אף הסערה מסביב וההחרמות שעברה, גולן סיימה את האירוויזיון במקום החמישי והמכובד, כשהזוכה היה הנציג השוויצרי, נמו מטלר.

לקראת אירוויזיון 2025 שיתקיים בשווייץ לאור זכייתה בתואר, הגישו ארבע ערים בשוויץ את הצעותיהן לארח את התחרות: באזל, ז'נבה, ציריך וברן.

מתוכן, נבחרו שתי ערים שיתמודדו על האירוח היוקרתי, בזל, המתמודדת על אירוח האירוויזיון ב-St.Jakobshalle וז'נבה המתמודדת על קיום התחרות ב-Palexpo.

ההכרזה על המארחת תתקיים היום, יום שישי ב-12:00 שעון ישראל, כאשר במקביל ייחשפו גם תאריכי האירוויזיון שצפוי להיערך באמצע מאי 2025.

שוויץ תארח את האירוויזיון בפעם השלישית בתולדות התחרות, לאחר שכבר אירחה את התחרות ב-1956 וב-1989.

בינתיים, לבקשת אתרי חדשות האירוויזיון, נטע ברזילי, שהובילה את ישראל לזכייה באירוויזיון 2018, צילמה סרטון שבו היא מהמרת על ז׳נבה.
