בגלל 'צוק איתן': רשת רימונים סיימה את שנת 2014 עם הפסד של 7.805 מיליון שקל

זאת לעומת רווח של 6.039 מיליון שקל בשנת 2013. הרווח הגולמי הסתיים בסך של 51.476 מיליון שקל. 'צוק איתן', האירועים הביטחוניים בירושלים והמשבר הכלכלי ברוסיה בין הגורמים להפסד.

רשת מלונות רימונים סיימה את שנת 2014 עם הפסד של 7.805 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של 6.039 מיליון שקל בשנת 2013 .

ההכנסות מהפעלת ומניהול בתי המלון צמחה לסך של 316.097 מיליון שקל לעומת 306.771 מיליון שקל בשנת 2013. זאת עקב צירופו של מלון חוף התמרים החל ממאי 2014. ללא הכנסות מלון חוף התמרים, ההכנסות קטנו בכ-4.5%, וברבעון הרביעי בו ההכנסות היו 76.336 מיליון שקל הן קטנו בשיעור של כ-5%  לעומת התקופה המקבילה אשתקד. זאת בעקבות ההשפעה השלילית המתמשכת של מבצע 'צוק איתן' על מלונות החברה, האירועים הביטחוניים בירושלים והשפעת המשבר הכלכלי ברוסיה. עלויות הפעלת בתי המלון צמחה לסך של 222.044 מיליון שקל לעומת 202.924 מיליון שקל בשנת 2013 בגלל כניסת מלון חוף התמרים.

הוצאות ההנהלה וכלליות גם עלו לסך של 27.833 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של 25.490 מיליון שקל אשתקד.

הרווח הגולמי הסתכם לסך של 94.053 מיליון שקל (30% ) לעומת 103.847 מיליון (34% ) אשתקד.

הרשת סיימה את הרבעון הרביעי של שנת 2014 עם הפסד של 7.805 מיליון שקל.

הרשת מציינת כי בעקבות השלמת הסכמי המכר של מכירת 66.67% מזכויות החכירה במלון רימונים אילת היא צפויה לרשום בדוחות הכספיים של הרבעון הראשון של 2015 רווח הון לפני מס, בסך של כ-69 מיליון שקל.
