מלון קראון פלזה ים המלח זכה בפרס EMEA

רשת מלונות אינטרקונטיננטל העולמית העניקה את הפרס היוקרתי למלונותיה באירופה, המזרח התיכון ואפריקה ולמלון קראון פלזה ים המלח. מנכ"ל מלונות אפריקה ישראל, יעקב סודרי: "הפרס היוקרתי עדות למצוינות האירוח במלונות קראון פלזה והולידיי אין בישראל".

מלון קראון פלזה ים המלח של מלונות אפריקה ישראל, זכה בסוף השבוע במקום הראשון בדירוג מלונות רשת אינטרקונטיננטל העולמית באירופה, המזרח התיכון ואפריקה.

מנהל המלון, ניר נעימי, ציין כי המלון מרבה אומנם לקבל, במהלך כל ימות השנה, דברי שבח ומכתבי תודה והערכה מאורחים המעידים על שביעות רצון מהאירוח, מטיב השירות ומהיחס האישי והחם של צוות העובדים של המלון, אך הדגיש כי הכרה עולמית החשובה שמבטאת קבלת ה- “Emea Award" היא בהחלט ציון דרך חשוב בעשייה המלונאית והבטיח "אנחנו כמובן לא ננוח על זרי הדפנה ונמשיך לשפר ולשדרג את המוצר התיירותי הייחודי שלנו".

מנכ"ל מלונות אפריקה ישראל, יעקב סודרי, ברך את צוות המלון וציין כי "הפרס היוקרתי הינו עדות נוספת למצוינות האירוח במלונות קראון פלזה והולידיי אין בישראל. ה- “Emea Award" מהווה עבורנו הכרה מקצועית בינלאומית חשובה למסירות, ליעילות ולאדיבות של כל אחת ואחד מהעובדים במלון". סודרי הדגיש, כי "חברת מלונות אפריקה ישראל תמשיך לעמוד בסטנדרטים הגבוהים שהציבה לעצמה גם בעתיד ותפעל ללא ליאות על מנת להעניק לאורחינו בכל מותגי מלונות קראון פלזה והולידיי אין הפרוסים ברחבי הארץ, חוויית אירוח מיטבית עם הקפדה על שירות מקצועי לעילא ולעילא".
