פתאל מקימה את המלון ה-21 בגרמניה

מלון הכנסים הגדול במינכן – יפתח בעוד כשנתיים בהשקעה של 70 מליון יורו

קרן פתאל מקימה את אחד המלונות הגדולים בגרמניה . הקרן חתמה על חוזה להקמת המלון ה- 30 של רשת "לאונרדו" באירופה, והחמישי של הרשת במינכן שנחשבת לעיר העסקים החזקה בגרמניה .היקף ההשקעה- 70 מליון יורו.


המלון החדש יכלול 450 חדרים ואולם כנסים בן 2000 מ"ר - הגדול ביותר במלונות מינכן. עוד יכלול המלון אולמות אירועים, חדר אוכל, לובי, בר, לובי עסקים, ספא וחדר כושר.
המלון ייבנה על ידי חברת "אינווסטה" – אחת מחברות הבנייה הגדולות בגרמניה, בעסקת "עד מפתח" שנחתמה איתם.


הוא ממוקם מול הכפר האולימפי במינכן וליד המשרדים הראשיים של חברת BMW ויהיה מוכן להפעלה במחצית 2010, זמן רב לפני אולימפיאדת החורף שתיערך במינכן בשנת 2012. את המלון מתכנן האדריכל הישראלי – יהודה פייגין.
דוד פתאל, מנכל רשת פתאל: "יש לנו אמון מלא מחברי הקרן להמשיך ולפתח עוד מלונות באירופה. עד סוף שנת 2009 נגיע לפרישה של 60 מלונות ב- 6 מדינות. התחזקותנו במינכן היא הבעת אמון בעיר - תיירות, עסקים וכנסים".


לרשת מלונות פתאל 21 בתי מלון בגרמניה תחת המותג "ליאונרדו", ועוד 18 בתי מלון בישראל . קרן ההשקעות אשר כוללת את דלק בלרון, מגדל, דוריאה, מבטחים, מנורה ופתאל
נוסדה לפני כשנה וחצי במטרה להשקיע במלונות באירופה השייכים לקבוצת ה 3-5 כוכבים. עד כה – השקיעה הקרן 80 מליון אירו הון עצמי וסך השקעות של כ 300 מיליון יורו.
