נשים עושות תיירות בירושלים

משרד התיירות ועיריית ירושלים פועלים לשילוב נשים, תושבות העיר, בתעשיית התיירות באמצעות השתלמות, שתציג בפני המשתתפות את אפשרויות ההכשרה והזדמנויות התעסוקה בתחומי התיירות בירושלים.

תחת הכותרת: "נשים עושות תיירות בירושלים", יתקיימו החל מאמצע נובמבר ובמהלך חודש דצמבר מפגשי היכרות עם מקצועות התיירות, אפשרויות ההכשרה והזדמנויות התעסוקה בענפי התיירות, במטרה לעודד את נשות העיר להשתלב בענפי התיירות השונים, אשר ערוכים גם בתקופה זו לקליטת עובדות ועובדים חדשים במגוון מקצועות.

למפגשים נרשמו עד כה כ- 200 מתושבות העיר ירושלים והן יתקיימו לראשונה כפיילוט. בחודשים הקרובים תיבחן אפשרות קיומם של מפגשים דומים גם בערים אחרות ברחבי הארץ. מפגשי חודש נובמבר יופעלו בשתי קבוצות, האחת בשעות הבוקר והשנייה בשעות הערב והם יכללו 5 מפגשים בני ארבע שעות כל אחד וסיור, בעלות של 100 שקלים למשתתפת.

במפגשים יועברו הרצאות במגוון תחומים בהם חשיבות תעשיית התיירות למשק ולכלכלה העולמית והמקומית, מבנה התעשייה, עבודת רשת והעצמת נשים בהקשר תיירותי והמוצר התיירותי. כן יתקיים סיור מקצועי והכוונת המשתתפות אל מסלולי ההכשרה השונים, בהם טבחות וקונדיטוריה, ניהול ביניים של בתי מלון, יזמות עסקית, הפעלת תיירות נכנסת, הוראת דרך ועוד.
