כצפוי: מועצת התאחדות המלונות אישרה את דירוג המלונות

המועצה התכנסה היום [א'] לישיבת חירום ובסופה הוחלט לאשר את הדירוג. המועצה מתריעה מפני אפשרות של ניצול לרעה של הדירוג ע"י רשויות והתערבות ממשלתית

מועצת התאחדות המלונות אישרה היום אחר הצהרים את מתווה דירוג בתי המלון, שיתבצע באופן וולונטרי ולא בכפיה.

המועצה הסמיכה את הנשיאות להציג את עמדתה והשגותיה ביחס לתקנות שרותי תיירות, בדיון שיתקיים בוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת. יחד עם זאת המועצה מתריעה מפני אפשרות של ניצול לרעה של הדירוג על ידי רשויות וגופים אחרים, וכן מפני כל התערבות ממשלתית בענף, שהנו תחרותי ביותר.

מועצת ההתאחדות חוזרת ומתריעה בפני הממשלה לגבי יוקר עלויות התפעול של המלונות בישראל, הנובע מרגולציה ומיוקר המחייה.
כמו כן, מועצת ההתאחדות קוראת למשרד התיירות להבטיח כי דירוג המלונות ישמש כמנוף לקידום והעלאת רמת המלונאות הישראלית, תוך הקצאת מענקי שדרוג מוגברים לאלתר.

מועצת ההתאחדות הסמיכה את נשיאות ההתאחדות להגיע להסכמה עם משרד התיירות, לגבי פרטי יישום הדירוג.
