איסתא מלונות תקים מלון בהרצליה שיופעל תחת רשת Marriott

המלון, שיהיו בו 160 חדרים, יושכר לחברה בבעלות ראובן אלה, שיפעיל את המלון תחת מותג מלונות העסקים של קבוצת המלונאות הבינלאומית Marriott. תקופת ההשכרה 10 שנים עם שתי אופציות להארכה בנות 5 שנים כל אחת

איסתא ליינס הודיעה היום (ראשון) לבורסה כי חברת איסתא מלונות בע"מ, חברה בת בבעלות 66.66% של איסתא ליינס, התקשרה בהסכם להשכרת מלון הרצליה.

איסתא מלונות תקים על קרקע שבבעלותה, ברחוב אבא אבן פינת גלגלי הפלדה בהרצליה, מלון עסקים ברמת דירוג מסוג B עירוני שווה ערך למלונות בינלאומיים ברמה של 4 כוכבים, שיכלול כ-160 חדרים.

השוכרת הינה חברת אלה ר. מלונות ישראל בע"מ, חברה בבעלות ראובן אלה. לראובן אלה, שותף של איסתא ליינס באיסתא מלונות, באמצעות חברת אלה ר. נכסים ואחזקות (1994) בע"מ, ניסיון רב בהקמה וניהול של בתי מלון, כגון: ניהול מלון דניאל בהרצליה, ניהול בתי מלון בגרמניה והונגריה והקמת מלון כרמים בקיבוץ קריית ענבים.

השוכרת תפעיל את המלון תחת מותג מלונות העסקים של קבוצת המלונאות הבינלאומית Marriott.

תקופת השכירות שנקבעה בהסכם הינה עשר שנים ולשוכרת ניתנה אופציה להאריך את תקופת השכירות במלון לשתי תקופות נוספות בנות 5 שנים כל אחת.

התשלום שתקבל איסתא בגין ההסכם יורכב מדמי שכירות שנתיים מינימאליים בסך 8.232 מיליון ₪ בתוספת דמי שכירות שהינם אחוז מהמחזור.
