שר התחבורה החליט: לא תותרנה המראות בוקר מוקדמות בעונת הקיץ

השר ישראל כץ החליט על נקיטת מדיניות חדשה המגבילה את ההמראות בנתב"ג בין השעות 01:40-04:50 לאור מיזם שדרוג התשתיות במתחם. המדיניות תיכנס לתוקפה גם בחורף לחצי שעה נוספת

שינויים בלוחות הזמנים של נתב"ג. שר התחבורה, ישראל כץ החליט בימים האחרונים כי לא תותרנה המראות בשדה התעופה הלאומי בעונת הקיץ בין השעות 01:40-04:50, זאת במסגרת החלטה המתייחסת להגבלת שעות פעילות הטיסה בנתב"ג לאחר גמר מיזם שדרוג התשתיות. 

למעשה מאמץ השר כץ בעקבות ההחלטה את את המלצות מנהל רת"א, גיורא רום, בהתייחס לשינוי אחד הנוגע להתרת ההמראות בין השעות 01:40-02:00 לפנות בוקר ובדרך שתיקבע על ידי מנהל רת"א, זאת בשל הצורך לאפשר גמישות תפעולית מסוימת. כמו כן החליט השר כי גם בעונת החורף לא תותרנה טיסות בין השעות 05:20 בעונת החורף.

אף על פי כן, בחצי השעה הראשונה לפתיחת השדה להמראות בעונת הקיץ, תותרנה המראות של כלי טיס בהתקיים אחד התנאים הבאים: כלי הטיס לא יגרום לרעש העולה על סף רעש מופחת וכזה אשר ימדד במוניטורים המודדים את רעש המטוסים בנקודות שבנתיב ההמראה. כן תינתן רשות לטיסות שתוכננו להמריא טרם תחילת שעות איסור ההמראה בערב הקודם ונאלצו להישאר על הקרקע למשך שעות איסור ההמראה.

יחד עם זאת, רשאי מנהל רשות התעופה האזרחית בהחלטה מנומקת לאשר המראות מנתב"ג וזאת במקרים חריגים בהם קיים צורך ממשי בדבר, כמו לדוגמא במקרים של שביתות, מצבי חירום ביטחוניים, תקלת תשתית המשביתה את הפעילות האווירית בשדה, צרכים לאומיים, הצלת חיי אדם או רכוש ועוד.

בנוסף ימשיך ההיתר לפעול במלואו ההיתר המיוחד עבור חברת אל על מ-1998 המאפשר לה להמריא בלילה שבין יום חמישי לשישי ובלילות שלפני ערבי חג לשם מתן אפשרות לנוסעיה להגיע ליעדם בטרם כניסת השבת או החג ולמטרה זו בלבד.
