שף ראשי חדש למלון ענבל: אנדראס מרינקוביץ'

הנהלת המלון הירושלמי הודיעה על מינויו של השף בעל למעלה משלושים שנות ניסיון בענף מלונאות היוקרה שסיפר: "נרגש מההזדמנות להוביל את מטבחי הגורמה של המלון למחוזות קולינריים חדשים"

פנים חדשות במלון ענבל. הנהלת מלון הבוטיק הירושלמי הודיעה השבוע על מינויו של אנדראס מרינקוביץ' בעל ניסיון עשיר של למעלה מ-30 שנה בבישול למלונות יוקרה כשף הראשי של מלון.

השף מרינקוביץ' מתמחה בין היתר בטכניקות בישול צרפתי בשילוב עם אלמנטים אסייתיים ומזרח תיכוניים וכן בעל קריירה עתירת אתגרים במסגרתה הוביל בין היתר את קייטרינג הבוטיק "פלייבורס" (Flavors) כבעלים ושף ראשי. קודם לכן אף שימש כשף הראשי של מלון מעלה החמישה ושל גן האירועים "סקויה", תפקיד בו החזיק למעלה מעשור. בין תפקידיו הנוספים במרוצת השנים: סיוע בפתיחת מלונות רשת רדיסון בלטביה (סו שף ושף בכיר), שף ראשי במלון רדיסון מוריה ירושלים לשעבר וסו שף בכיר במלון שרתון תל-אביב.

מרינקוביץ' הנרגש היטיב לספר השבוע את תחושותיו מיד לאחר ההודעה על המינוי וציין כי "לכבוד הוא לי שנבחרתי להוביל את הצוות הקולינרי המובחר במלון. אני נרגש מההזדמנות להוביל את מטבחי הגורמה של המלון למחוזות חדשים של קולינריה עילית ברמת השירות הגבוהה ביותר".

גם מנכ"ל המלון, רוני טימסיט ידע לספר רק מילים טובות אודות השף החדש במלון וסיפר כי "אנדראס מביא עימו מגע מרענן להיצע הקולינרי של המלון. הסגנון, האנרגיה והיצירתיות שלו ישדרגו את החוויה הגסטרונומית שמציע המלון לאחת הטובות בארץ".
