איסתא ופתאל מקימות מלון בקפריסין בכ-28 מיליון אירו

החברות מרחיבות את פעילותן באי השכן, ויקימו מלון חדש בעיר לימסול ובו לפחות 150 חדרים. הקמת המלון צפויה להמשך כ-3 שנים

חברת איסתא בשליטת אחישי גל וחברת פתאל בניהולו של דוד פתאל, ממשיכות להתרחב בקפריסין. החברות צפויה להשלים היום (שלישי) רכישת קרקע בעיר לימסול בקפריסין כדי להקים עליה מלון בן כ-150 חדרים. מדובר במספר חלקות באזור קו החוף בלימסול. החברה צפויה לשלם היום כ-11.5 מיליון אירו, מתוך כ-15.5 מיליון אירו. תשלום יתרת התמורה בסך של 4 מיליון אירו מותנה בקבלת היתר להקמת מלון על המקרקעין הכולל לפחות 135 חדרים, תוך תקופה של עד 20 חודשים. דוד פתאל ואחישי גל.   עלות הקמת המלון מוערכת בסכום של כ-28 מיליון אירו, כולל עלות רכישת המקרקעין והקמתו צפויה להמשך כ-3 שנים. החברות מתכוונות לפעול לקבלת מימון מגורמים מממנים בשיעור של עד 60% מסך עלויות ההקמה לצורך מימון הקמת המלון.
