בגלל הקורונה: הפסד של כ-28 מיליון שקל לישרוטל

רשת המלונות סיימה בהפסד ברבעון הראשון של 2020, לעומת כ-9 מיליון שקל אשתקד, ההכנסות בהשפעת הקורונה ירדו לסך של 206 מיליון שקל לעומת 271 מיליון שקל אשתקד

רשת מלונות ישרוטל סיימה את הרבעון הראשון של 2020 עם הפסד של כ-28 מיליון שקל לעומת הפסד של כ-9 מיליון שקל אשתקד, בהשפעת נגיף הקורונה. ההכנסות צנחו לסך של 206 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של 271 מיליון שקל, קיטון של כ-24% בעיקר בגלל סגירת בתי מלון במהלך חודש מרס בגלל השפעת הקורונה. ההפסד התפעולי הסתכם לכ-31 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של כ-3 מיליון שקל אשתקד. ישרוטל מעריכה יש את היכולת לעמוד בהתחייבויותיה בשנה הקרובה. כמו כן, במקרה והגבלות אשר הוטלו על פעילות בתי המלון יושבו והחברה תאלץ לסגור את כל בתי המלון המנוהלים על ידה ותאלץ לפעול במתכונת מצומצמת כפי שהיא פעלה עד סוף מאי 2020, הנהלת החברה מעריכה כי יש לישרוטל את היכולת לעמוד בהתחייבויותיה בשנה הקרובה וזאת בהתחשב במסגרות אשראי בלתי מנוצלות ויכולת לקבלת אשרי נוסף כנגד נכסים לא משועבדים. סך ההלוואות לזמן ארוך, אשראי והלוואות לזמן קצר מבנק ואגרות חוב עומד על 710 מיליון שקל לעומת 555 מיליון שקל, ברבעון הראשון אשתקד. עיקר השינוי נובע מקבלת הלוואות נטו בסך של כ-155 מיליון שקל. סך ההון העצמי ירד לסך של 1.359 מיליארד שקל לעומת סך של 1.383 מיליארד שקל בתקופה המקבילה, כאשר השינוי נובע בעיקר מההפסד בתקופה.
