בגלל מגבלות הקורונה: רק 38.5 אלף כניסות תיירים בחודש יוני

זאת לעומת 365.1 אלף ביוני 2019. מתחילת השנה הגיעו בסך הכול כ-107 אלף תיירים בלבד לעומת 2.262 מיליון בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019

הגבלות הקורונה ממשיכות לפגוע בתיירות הנכנסת לישראל בצורה אנושה. בחודש יוני נרשמו רק 38,500 כניסות תיירים זה לעומת 365.1 אלף ביוני 2019, כאשר סך הכול נרשמו 39,100 כניסות של מבקרים לישראל לעומת 384 אלף ביוני 2019. בחודש ינואר האחרון נרשמו 7,800 כניסות מבקרים לישראל. בפברואר נרשמו 2,700 כניסות, ובחודש מרץ נרשמו 7,100 כניסות מבקרים. בחודש אפריל נרשמו 30.6 אלף כניסות מבקרים. בחודש מאי נרשמו 21,900 כניסות מבקרים ובחודש יוני נרשמו 39,100 מבקרים, המספר הגבוה ביותר מאז חודש מרץ 2020. לפי הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, מניתוח הנתונים מנוכי העונתיות של כניסות תיירים בדרך האוויר עולה כי בשלושת החודשים האחרונים אפריל-יוני 2021 נרשמו 30,500 כניסות בממוצע לחודש, לעומת 5,200 כניסות בממוצע לחודש בשלושת החודשים שקדמו להם. בחצי השנה הראשונה של 2021 הגיעו לישראל 106.9 אלף תיירים לעומת 741.6 אלף בתקופה המקבילה ב-2020 ו-2.262.6 מיליון בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019.
