לקבוצת שלמה אופציה להגדיל את השותפות בכ-25% נוספים בשתי פעימות בעוד כשנתיים. הקבוצה תזרים לתלמה כ-26 מיליון ש' שיעלו את שווי השוק שלה לכ-105 מיליון ש'. כמה תהיה שווה תלמה במידה ושלמה תגדיל את השותפות שלה לכ-50%?

קבוצת שלמה אחזקות נכנסת כשותפה בחברת תלמה תיירות. בשלב ראשון החברה שבבעלות אסי שמלצר המכהן גם כיו"ר הקבוצה, תיכנס שותפה בכ-25% בתלמה נסיעות שבבעלות ארז שמול. לשלמה תהיה אופציה להיכנס בכ-25% נוספים בשתי פעימות בשנתיים הקרובות. קבוצת שלמה תזרים בשלב ראשון לתלמה כ-26 מיליון שקל, מה שיעמיד את שוויה של תלמה נסיעות עומד על כ-105 מיליון שקל. אם שלמה תיכנס לשותפות בכ-50%, שוויה של תלמה יעלה לכ-150 מיליון שקל. לאור נגיף הקורונה והפגיעה האנושה בענף הנסיעות והתעופה, תלמה נסיעות כזכור דחתה את תכניותיה להנפקת החברה בבורסה. בעקבות זאת, בתלמה החליטו להכניס שותף לחברה. בשוק הנסיעות מציינים כי בין הצדדים יש סינרגיה וכי מדובר בעסקה שתעשה טוב לשני הצדדים.
