בהשקעה של למעלה מעשרה מיליון שקלים, קיבוץ יטבתה חונך פארק חוויתי אתגרי חדש לכל המשפחה. במסגרת שיתוף הפעולה עם המחלבה, יוכלו המבקרים ללמוד על הקמת המחלבה וצמיחתה

קיבוץ יטבתה חונך פארק חדש בצמוד לפונדק יטבתה. הפארק מציע חוויה משפחתית המאפשרת לקבל טעימה מחיי הקיבוץ והערבה. עלות הקמת הפארק היא למעלה מעשרה מיליון שקלים והוקם בסיוע משרד התיירות ובשיתוף פעולה בין פונדק ומחלבת יטבתה. דובי גולדמן, מרכז המשק של קיבוץ יטבתה: "אנו רואים בפונדק חלק בלתי נפרד מחופשה באילת. במסגרת זאת הקמנו את הפארק כדי לספק ליורדים לאילת אטרקציה ייחודית במחיר סביר". במסגרת שיתוף הפעולה עם המחלבה, יוכלו המבקרים ללמוד על הקמת המחלבה וצמיחתה. באמצעות מסכי מגע חדישים יוכלו המבקרים לצפות בתהליכי הייצור המתקדמים של מוצרי המחלבה, למידה על אנרגיה מתחדשת במגוון משחקים הפועלים להעלאת ידיעות המבקרים על היכולות של אנרגיה ירוקה וסולארית. בנוסף, הפארק מאפשר למבקרים לטעום את טעם המדבר באמצעות מתקן ה-"רייד" בו הם יוצאים לנסיעה וטיסה מסעירה בערבות המדבר, בנוסף המבקרים יוכלו לחוות את חיי הרפת עם הפרות הירוקות של הקיבוץ ולהתנסות בחליבה, שיחות עם חברי הקיבוץ ולטעום את טעם יטבתה. ברחבי הפארק פזורות אטרקציות נוספות למשפחה כמו "נדנדת האדום" ההרפתקנית בה הנוסעים יוכלו להתרשם מנוף של הרי אדום, מסלול טרקטורונים קצר לילדים קטנים, רחבה גדולה עם מזרקות והפעלות לילדים וכמובן מדשאות מוצלות. משך זמן הסיור הוא כשעה עם אפשרות לערכו עם מדריך או באופן פרטני. בשטח הפארק מתקני צל רבים, תיאטרון פתוח מוצל ורחבה גדולה לאירועים מיוחדים ביום ובלילה. בפארק מתקנים בכניסה חופשית ובתשלום. אירוע הפתיחה יתקיים בתאריך ה -16.3. שעות הפתיחה של הפארק בחודשי מרץ - אפריל: ראשון-חמישי: 10:00-16:00 יום שישי: 10:00-14:00 שבת: 11:00-16:00
