הירידה בהכנסות מתיירות נכנסת באזור הגליל: כ-5.6 מיליארד שקל

כך עולה מבדיקה שערך מרכז המחקר והמידע של הכנסת לגבי השנים 2020 ו-2021 בכל הקשור לאומדן הנזק הכלכלי לענף התיירות בגליל ורמת הגולן בשל משבר הקורונה

בשנים 2020 ו-2021 הירידה בהכנסות באזור הגליל מתיירות נכנסת נאמדת בכ-5.2 מיליארד שקל ובכ-400 מיליון שקל מתיירות פנים. כך עולה מבדיקה שערך מרכז המחקר והמידע של הכנסת לגבי אומדן הנזק הכלכלי לענף התיירות בגליל וברמת הגולן בשל משבר הקורונה. כך שלמעשה סך הפגיעה מתיירות באזור הגליל נאמדת בכ-5.6 מיליארד שקל. הירידה בהכנסות בכל הארץ מתיירות נכנסת נאמדת בכ-42.4 מיליארד שקל, ומתיירות פנים בכ-7.1 מיליארד שקל, ובסך ההכנסות ענף התיירות בכ-49.5 מיליארד שקל כאשר המסמך נכתב לבקשת חברת הכנסת, יעל בן משה. בשנת 2019 היו במלונות תיירות בארבע ערים בגליל (טבריה, נהריה, נצרת וצפת) כ-2.8 מיליון לינות, שיא בעשור האחרון, מתוכן כ-38.6% ישראלים וכ-61.4% תיירים. בשנת 2020 ירד מספר הלינות בגליל בכ-71.8% לכ-782.1 אלף, משקל לינות ישראלים גדל לכ-63.1% ומשקל לינות תיירים קטן לכ-36.9%. בהשוואת מספר לינות בגליל בשנת 2021 לעומת שנת 2019 , ניתן לראות כי חלה ירידה במספר הלינות בגליל מכ-2.8 מיליון בשנת 2019 לכ-1.2 מיליון בשנת 2021, קיטון של כ-55.7% , זאת כאשר מספר לינות תיירים ירד בכ-97.5% ומספר לינות ישראלים גדל בכ-10.9% .
