בי.ג'י. איי בעלת השליטה בחברת ישראייר בדיווח מיידי הלילה (שלישי) לבורסה מבהירה כי: "לנגיף הקורונה ולמגבלות הצפויות לחול עשויים להיות השפעה מהותית על פעילות ישראייר, לרבות בנוגע לתוצאותיה הכספיות ותזרים המזומנים שלה". בי ג׳י אי מוסיפה כי הוספת 18 מדינות לרשימת המדינות אשר חזרה מהן מחייבת את השבים ממנה בבידוד, לרבות מחוסנים ומחלימים כאשר רשימת היעדים כוללת יעדים בהן פועלת ישראייר, בהמשך למגבלות נוספות אשר אושרו בשבועות האחרונים בעקבות נגיף הקורונה, אשר משפיעות במישרין על פעילות ישראייר. לחברה נמסר מהנהלת ישראייר :"כי זו לומדת את השפעת ההגבלות ומגבשת תכנית להתמודדות עם ההשפעות, לרבות פנייה אשר בוצעה למשרד האוצר לשם קבלת סיוע כספי באופן של מענק.
