ישראל קנדה מלונאות: רווח תפעולי של 746 אלף שקל ברבעון הראשון

הזרוע המלונאית של חברת ישראל קנדה, שרשמה התפתחות גדולה בשנה החולפת, סיימה את הרבעון הראשון של 2022 ברווח תפעולי של 746 אלף שקל. ישראל קנדה מלונאות, תחת המנכ"ל ראובן אלקס, הצליחה שלא להפסיד ברבעון הראשון, דבר המצביע על כך שהיא בדרך הנכונה. החברה רשמה ברבעון הראשון של השנה הכנסה בסך של כ-38.100 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-6.265 מיליון שקל ברבעון הראשון אשתקד. החברה מציינת כי בחודשים ינואר ופברואר 2022, חלה ירידה בתפוסת המלונות שלה עקב גל האומיקרון. החברה כזכור סיימה את 2021 עם הכנסה בסך של כ-121.150 מיליון שקל ורווח תפעולי של כ-25.180 מיליון שקל. ישראל קנדה, חברת האם, סיימה את הרבעון הראשון של השנה עם רווח ענק של כ-231.500 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-45.580 מיליון שקל ברבעון הראשון של 2021. עלייה בשווי הנדל"ן להשקעה בסך של כ-176.420 מיליון שקל, תרמה לרווח זה.
