ישראל קנדה: תחום המלונאות בתחילת דרכו בחברה - אין למשבר השפעה מהותית

החברה מציינת כי לבורסה היא לא נפגעה ממשבר הקורונה, לאור העובדה כי תחום המלונאות נמצא בתחילת דרכו בחברה

ישראל קנדה נכנסה בשנה האחרונה לתחום המלונאות. למרות שכל רשתות בתי המלון נפגעו קשה ממשבר הקורונה, החברה מדווחת אתמול (חמישי) לבורסה כי היא לא נפגעה ממשבר ה'קורונה. החברה מציינת לגבי כך כי: "לאור העובדה כי תחום זה נמצא בתחילת דרכו בחברה, נכון למועד פרסום דוח זה אין למשבר הקורונה השפעה מהותית על החברה. במסגרת הדו'ח השנתי של החברה לבורסה היא מציינת עוד לגבי הכנסות ורווחיות כי : "החברה החלה לפעול בתחום פעילות זה בשנת 2019 ולפיכך נכון ליום 31.12.2019 לחברה הכנסות לא מהותיות בגין דמי ניהול ממלונות הרלינגטון באשקלון ולייק האוס בטבריה". מבחינת העתיד בישראל קנדה מציינים כי: "החברה פועלת כי בשנה הקרובה יחלו לפעול מלון גלי כנרת בטבריה וכן מלון play במידטאון ת"א שלהערכת החברה בנייתו תסתיים ברבעון השלישי לשנת 2020 והמלון יחל לפעול בסמוך לאחר מכן, וכן תשאף להגדיל את מצבת המלונות בתחום פעילות זה. החברה מציינת כי היא מקבלת דמי ניהול ממלון לייק האוס בטבריה, ומלון הרלינגטון באשקלון . בנוסף בכוונת החברה לבחון כניסה לתחום Call Living spaces.
