מלונות אפריקה ישראל: מלון חדש ביפו

חברת המלונות רכשה את בניין בית המכס על גדות נמל יפו, ומתכוונת לבנות מלון בוטיק תחת רשת קראון פלזה. איציק דיין: "מרחיבים את ההשקעה במלונות בוטיק" וכמה שילמה החברה בגין הרכישה?

  חברת מלונות אפריקה ישראל בבעלות משפחת דיין רכשה את בית המכס הדרומי ביפו בכ-45 מיליון שקל ותבנה במקום מלון בוטיק. המלון, יהיה חלק מרשת המלונות של החברה וינוהל כמותג בוטיק נפרד תחת רשת מלונות קראון פלזה, המנוהלת ע"י שרון אלון. שרון אלון. צילום: תמר מוצפי בית המכס של נמל יפו הוא מבנה היסטורי, השוכן בצפון הנמל. המבנה הוקם בראשית שנות השישים של המאה ה-19 על קו המים, מול פתחו של הנמל אל הים הפתוח והוא חוצץ בין אגן הנמל לבין בתי יפו העתיקה וחלקו הצפוני של הרציף. בכוונת הבעלים להפוך את האתר ההיסטורי למלון פאר ברמת חמישה כוכבים ולשמר את חזית הבניין המקורי. המלון צפוי לכלול 69 חדרים, ספא וחדרי טיפולים, חדר כושר, מסעדת שף, ו- ROOF TOP עם בריכה ובר. איציק דיין. צילום: תמר מוצפי איציק דיין, מבעלי חברת מלונות אפריקה ישראל: "רכישת בית המכס ביפו, מהווה המשך לאסטרטגיה של חברת מלונות אפריקה ישראל להמשיך להתרחב בתחום המלונאות בישראל, עם דגש על אזור תל אביב ולהרחיב את ההשקעות בתחום גם למלונות בוטיק שיעניקו חווית שירות מיוחדת."
