מרוקו פותחת את גבולותיה הבינלאומיים ל-67 מדינות

בזמן שאצלינו צועדים לקראת סגר השני, גם מרוקו פותחת שעריה לטיסות בינלאומיות. אזרחים מ-67 מדינות ביניהן ארה"ב, הפטורים מצורך בויזה יוכלו לבקר במרוקו שנמצאת גם ברשימת 'המדינות הירוקות' של האיחוד האירופי ואזרחיה מורשים לבקר בהן ללא מגבלות

מרוקו פותחת השבוע את גבולותיה לתיירות בינלאומית. את ההודעה על פתיחת הגבולות מצייצת בטוויטר לראשונה חברת התעופה הלאומית של מרוקו "רויאל אייר מרוק" (Royal Air Moroc), המעדכנת כי הכניסה תתאפשר לתיירים בינלאומיים מ-67 מדינות וביניהן גם תיירים ואנשי עסקים מארה"ב. עוד על פי הודעת חברת התעופה המרוקאית, אזרחי מדינות אלה הפטורים מהצורך בהצגת ויזה בכניסה למרוקו, יצטרכו להציג בכניסה למדינה אישור הזמנה של בית מלון או הזמנה של חברה עסקית ממרוקו. בנוסף, כל תייר שיגיע למרוקו נדרש להציג בכניסה בדיקת קורונה שהתבצעה עד -48 שעות לפני מועד הטיסה. פרט מעניין נוסף שמפרסת רויאל אייר מרוק, כי תיירים המבקים במדינה נדרשים לחבוש מסכה בעת כל מקום בעת שהם נמצאים בממלכה. בין המדינות שאזרחיהן רשאים להיכנס למרוקו: מדינות האיחוד האירופי, ארה"ב, בריטניה, קנדה, אוסטרליה וניו זילנד. לאחר ההודעה על פתיחת הגבולות של מרוקו, חברת התעופה של איתיחאד איירווייס (Etihad Airways), כבר הודיעה כי תפעיל 3 טיסות שבועיות מאבו דאבי, לקזבלנקה החל מה-19 בספטמבר. ענף התיירות של מרוקו השבית לחלוטין את כל הפעילות מאז אמצע מרץ, אז החליטה המדינה לסגור את כל נתיבי האוויר, היבשה והים הבינלאומיים. בשנת 2019 ביקרו במרוקו כ-13 מיליון תיירים. התיירות היא התורמת השנייה בגודלה לכלכלת מרוקו ומהווה 11% מהתמ"ג, ועפ"י מחקר של ארגון התיירות הלאומי הפסד הצפוי של ענף התיירות במרוקו עשוי להגיע לכ- 14 מיליארד דולר. כתבות אחרונות הקשורות למרוקו חופשה במרוקו הערכה: בקרוב טיסות ישירות מישראל למרוקו ללמוד: כך מתמודדים עם הקורונה בהצלחה בטוניסיה, מרוקו ואלג’יריה – חלקן כבר עם גבולות פתוחים מרוקו: הפסד צפוי של 14 מיליארד דולר לענף התיירות
