משרד התיירות פרסם נוהל הסבת מבנים לבתי מלון

מטרת הנוהל לתת מעמד "מפעל מאושר" בהתאם לחוק עידוד השקעות הון. בעיר טבריה, תינתן תוספת מענק מנהלי בהיקף של כ-3 מיליון שקל. מהו תקציב מנהלת ההשקעות הכולל?

משרד התיירות פרסם נוהל סיוע להשבת מבנים לשימוש מלונאי ולהסבת מבנים לבתי מלון בישראל לשנת 2022. בנוהל, שפרסם המנכ"ל הנכנס, דני שחר, נכתב כי "על אף השפעות מגפת הקורונה, נרשמה התקדמות הן בתכנון פרויקטים מלונאים והן בבניית פרויקטים שהחלו לפני פרוץ המגיפה. המשרד מאמין כי בימים אלו נכון להמשיך לפעול למימוש הפוטנציאל הטמון בהשקעות במלונאות, ביזמות, בתשתיות התיירות ובחוויית התייר. מטרת הנוהל, לפרט את מסלול הסיוע להסבה ולהשבה של מתקנים מלונאים, אשר במסגרתו יינתן מעמד "מפעל מאושר" בהתאם לחוק לעידוד השקעות הון, בכפוף למפת אזורי העדיפות שבהתאם לצו לעידוד השקעות הון". לגבי העיר טבריה, נכתב בנוהל כי לפי החלטת ממשלה, תינתן תוספת מענק מנהלי בהיקף של 3 מיליון שקל לפרויקטים בנוהל בעיר טבריה. תוספת מנהלית מיוחדת בשיעור של 8% (סה"כ 28% מענק). תוספת מנהלית מיוחדת למלונאות עממית בשיעור של 13% (סה"כ 33% מענק). בקשות ניתן להגיש עד 16.5.2022. משך ביצוע התכנית על פי נוהל זה, יעמוד על 3 שנים וניתן יהיה להאריך תקופה זו לכל היותר בשנתיים נוספות, בהתאם לנימוקים שיירשמו. מטרת הנוהל להעניק מעמד "מפעל מאושר" בהתאם לחוק עידוד השקעות הון. תקציב מנהלת ההשקעות הכולל לנוהל האמור עומד על כ-15 מיליון שקל.
