עד הבחירות תינתן עדיפות לישראלים בכניסה לארץ על פני זרים

על פי החלטת ממשלה רק 1,000 איש מורשים להיכנס לארץ מדי יום. נוכח זאת ובשל מועד הבחירות הקרב, תועדף כניסת ישראלים על פני כניסת זרים. האחרונים יורשו להיכנס אך ורק בנסיבות חריגות

החל מהיום, שני, 8 במארס, כניסת זרים לישראל תתבצע בכפוף לבקשה שתוגש מבעוד מועד ובהתאם לנסיבות חריגות. לאור מגבלת ה-1,000 איש המורשים להיכנס ביום לישראל בכפוף להנחיית המדינה, הדבר צפוי להוביל להעדפת כניסת ישראלים על פני זרים, במהלך השבועיים הקרובים ועד הבחירות. בהתאם להחלטת הממשלה מ-2 במארס, האחריות על בחינת כניסת זרים לישראל הינה בידי ועדת היתרים בראשות רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה. בקשה לקבלת אישור כניסה עבור זר לישראל תוגש באמצעות טופס מקוון, בליווי המסמכים התומכים בבקשה. הבקשות תיבחנה בהתאם לקריטריונים שנקבעו בהחלטת הממשלה: 1. צורך חיוני ליחסי החוץ של ישראל או מטעמי ביטחון המדינה. 2. ספורטאי מקצועי, לצורך השתתפות בתחרות ומלווהו, הנדרש לתחרות. 3. מי שבידו אשרת עולה או זכויות עולה ושלא ניתן לדחות את עלייתו. 4. עובד זר הנחוץ לצורך שמירה על רציפות תפקודית. 5. בן זוג או הורה לאזרח או תושב ישראלי, המבקש להיכנס לצורך אחד הטעמים המפורטים באתר. 6. לצורך הומניטרי או אישי מיוחד, המחייב כניסה מידית לישראל. הבקשות תיבחנה על ידי חברי הוועדה, יחד עם המסמכים הנלווים אליהן ובהתאם למכלול הנתונים תתקבל החלטה.
