רשת מלונות פתאל מנהלת מו"מ להקמת תת רשת של מלונות בוטיק, כך נודע לפספורטניוז.

הרשת שבבעלות המלונאי הוותיק דוד פתאל, מנהלת את המשא ומתן עם רשת Minds Hotels 7 המחזיקה ב-3 מלונות בוטיק בת"א לצורך הקמת תת הרשת.

ברשת Hotels Minds7 מחזיקים אורן פסקל ובן ברוורמן. השניים מפעילים את המלונות: "נורדוי" בן 20 חדרים וסוויטות ברחוב נחלת בנימין; Sam&Blondi's בן 45 חדרים ברחוב שינקין; ומלון " קוקו" הממוקם ברחוב דיזנגוף עם 32 חדרים.

טרם עידן הקורונה, מלונות הבוטיק פרחו בכלל ובעיר תל אביב בפרט. הביקושים היו גבוהים ונראה שאחרי הקורונה ישובו לתפקד היטב נוכח רמת ההוצאות הקטנה יחסית שלהם (מספר חדרים מצומצם).

אורן פסקל, מבעלי הרשת מסר בתגובה לפספורטניוז: "אנחנו מנהלים שיחות עם פתאל עוד מסוף 2019 ולא הגענו להבנות. זה נכון שבתקופה האחרונה שוב אנחנו בשיחות ויש התקדמות. אך כבר למדנו מהעבר, שכל עוד זה לא סופי וחתום זה לא סגור".
