אפקט הקורונה: פתאל אירופה סיימה את השנה עם הפסד של כ-23 מיליון אירו

זאת לעומת רווח של כ-91 מיליון אירו בשנת 2019. ההכנסה משכירות אומנם עלתה לסך של כ-41 מיליון אירו, אך בשל הקורונה החברה רשמה הפסד נדל"ן של כ-53 מיליון אירו לעומת רווח של כ-70 מיליון אירו אשתקד. החברה מעריכה כי תוכל לעמוד בכל מחויבויותיה

משבר הקורונה היכה בחברת פתאל אירופה, סיימה את שנת 2020 עם הפסד של כ-23 מיליון אירו לעומת רווח של כ-91 מיליון אירו בשנת 2019. החברה של דוד פתאל אומנם למרות שנת הקורונה רשמה עלייה קלה בהכנסה משכירות לסך של כ-41 מיליון יורו לעומת סך של 40.800 מיליון יורו בתקופה המקבילה ב-2019, כאשר מלון לאונרדו רויאל אמסטרדם תרם שנה מלאה לעומת 8 חודשים בשנה קודמת. בחודש אוגוסט נמכר מלון לאונרדו רויאל ברלין. הרווח הגולמי שמר על סך של 39.641 מיליון יורו לעומת סך של 39.389 מיליון יורו אשתקד. בשל נגיף הקורונה החברה רשמה הפסד של ערך נדל"ן להשקעה בסך כ-53 מיליון אירו לעומת רווח של כ-70 מיליון אירו ב-2019. סך הכול ההפסד היה כ-67 מיליון אירו, אך נרשמה עליית ערך נכסים בסך של כ-14 מיליון אירו בעיקר בגין מלון בדורטמונד, גרמניה אשר נרכש לאחר סיום בנייתו בחודש אפריל 2020. ההפסד התפעולי הסתכם לסך של 14.326 מיליון אירו לעומת רווח של 108.586 מיליון אירו ב-2019. חרף המצב, החברה מעריכה כי יש ביכולתה לעמוד בכל מחויבויותיה בשנים הקרובות. הערכות החברה מבוססות על יתרת המזומנים אשר בידי החברה והחברות הבנות שלה, יכולת גיוס אשראים בגין נכסים שאינם משועבדים וכן על בסיס הסכמי השכירות עם החברה הקשורה.
